A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your selected date. The remaining $125 balance is due upon arrival at your session.
Final balance is cash only.

Your included images will be selected by you from your final gallery.
Your exact session time, location address, and all final details will be emailed one week prior to your session. If you are hoping for a sunset slot or the earliest available time, please make note of that in your booking link or email [email protected].
Larger Groups
For parties with more than 7 subjects, two back-to-back sessions may be reserved to allow for additional time.
Pets
Pets are welcome and always included as part of your family story.
If you plan to bring a pet, please bring someone who can assist when needed. For the comfort of all clients, please be sure all belongings and pet waste are cleaned up after your session.
Styling Guidance
A well-coordinated wardrobe makes a beautiful difference in your final gallery.
I highly recommend selecting and approving outfits in advance. If you would like guidance on fall colors and styling, please reach out before your session.
For the most timeless look, I do not recommend busy patterns, pastel tones, fluorescent colors, or high-contrast prints. Neutral tones and thoughtfully coordinated palettes photograph beautifully in the fall landscape.
Before You Arrive
Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so punctual arrival is essential. Please be respectful of the session before yours and avoid interrupting while waiting.
Please plan for the following:
The location includes a 5–6-minute walk
Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended
You are welcome to change shoes once you arrive at the session spot
Strollers are encouraged when helpful
Please bring any essentials you may need, including water, snacks, blankets, jackets, tissues, diaper bags, or other personal items
Please also note:
There are no restrooms on site
The nearest rest stop or restroom is approximately 5-10 minutes away
Please do not interrupt the session before yours while waiting
To ensure a smooth arrival, I recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early for parking and the walk to the location.
Because these sessions are scheduled closely together, late arrivals cannot be extended, and no refunds will be given for missed time due to lateness. I will always make the best use of the time remaining.
A detailed preparation email with directions and all-important information will be sent one week before your session.

Cancellation Policy
All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable if you choose to cancel your mini session.
If your session is rescheduled by the photographer due to weather and the new date does not work for you, your booking fee may be transferred to another mini session and must be used within 8 months of the original session date.
Weather & Illness Policy
These mini sessions are held outdoors only and are weather permitting.
Sessions may be rescheduled in the event of rain, winds over 20 mph, or other unsuitable weather conditions.
If you or someone in your group becomes ill, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule. If the rescheduled date does not work for you, your booking fee may be applied to another mini session within 8 months of the original date. If a new date is not selected, the booking fee will be forfeited.
Weekend Rescheduling
If you reserve a Saturday or Sunday session and weather requires rescheduling, please note that another weekend date may not be available.
I will do my best to accommodate another weekend opening, but if weekends are fully booked, a weekday reschedule may be the only option available. Due to a busy wedding season, reschedule options may be limited to Mondays through Wednesdays, depending on availability at that time.
Location
The exact address will be sent with your timeslot one week before your session. Sessions will take place near sunset in the Kankakee / St. Anne, Illinois area.
